Purna & Yoga

“Fullness is this. Fullness is that.

From fullness comes fullness

If fullness is taken away, fullness still remains”

This beautiful mantra rooting back from the Upanishad translates to me in a way that there is abundance, wholeness, fullness in everything, everywhere and for everyone available. All we need to do is open our eyes and hearts and inhale all that abundance.

It is also a universal chant for awakening the consciousness and tuning into the infinite bliss, the abundance of joy and happiness, that is accessible within oneself. The mantra has been used for techniques in yoga and meditation to relieve the mind of stress and tune into the highest state of awareness.

My work with you will always be based on and follow the idea of purna.

Wether you will be joining me for a yoga class, experience one of my offered retreats, or maybe you decide to start your journey of yoga therapy or thai massage therapy with me…

… my offers will follow a holistic idea and carried out to create a state of wholeness and harmony between body, mind and soul.

”Om purnamadah purnamidam purnat purnamudachyate purnasya purnamadaya purnamevavashisyate Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaanti.”
